CIVIL CAPACITY OF THE NATURAL PERSON AND ITS CONFORMATION IN BRAZILIAN LAW

Abstract

Analyzing the civil capacity of the natural person in the context of Brazilian law is an important task to point out the key aspects of this institute linked to the projection of personality, and ultimately to the dignity of the human person. Through this analysis it is
possible to verify the evolution of the institute and also the theory of disabilities, directly linked to it. The way the legal diplomas
influence the exercise of capacity by the natural person and the way the social dialectic influences the legislation are also discussed, in order to build a theoretical-pragmatic analysis of the institute of civil capacity
